About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sr Store Analytics Manager to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Sr Store Analytics Manager is the lead analytical partner for store-growth decisions. You will help shape where Tailored Brands grows, how new opportunities are evaluated, how store maturity and network effects are understood, and how store tests and investments are measured after launch. This is a senior strategy-and-analytics role for someone who can pair quantitative rigor with executive-ready communication.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Translate complex forecasts and analytical findings into clear business recommendations, including risks, sensitivities, and executive-ready decision frameworks.
• Establish and standardize analytical methodologies, assumptions, governance practices, and decision frameworks across store-growth initiatives.
• Lead store maturity and sales ramp analyses to validate long-term performance assumptions and establish the foundation for next-generation forecast capabilities.
• Design, execute, and communicate test-and-learn analyses for new store openings, remodel programs, market activations, and other strategic investments.
• Develop and enhance predictive models that improve location selection, forecast accuracy, and understanding of drivers of store performance, including emerging work in gravity modeling, co-tenancy analysis, and market potential estimation.
• Leverage internal performance data and external datasets-including mobility, consumer spend, demographic, and competitive intelligence sources-to evaluate market opportunities, quantify demand potential, and strengthen store-growth recommendations.
• Partner closely with Real Estate, Store Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Data Engineering, and executive leadership to align analytical recommendations with business strategy.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to the long-term analytics roadmap by identifying new opportunities to apply advanced analytics, machine learning, and external market data to drive profitable growth.
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Data Science, Geography, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, retail, real estate, consulting, consumer insights, or a related field.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and Python skills, with experience transforming large datasets into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience building, evaluating, or operationalizing forecasting models, predictive analytics, experimentation frameworks, or other decision-support methodologies.
• Familiarity with location intelligence, trade-area analytics, site selection, market planning, geospatial analysis, or related retail growth disciplines.
• Experience working with external data sources such as mobility, consumer spend, demographic, competitive, or market intelligence datasets.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate uncertainty, quantify risk, and develop data-driven recommendations
• Proven ability to communicate complex analyses and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience partnering across functions including Real Estate, Operations, Finance, Merchandising, Data Science, or Data Engineering.
• Curiosity, strong business judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset with a passion for using data to drive growth decisions.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

The starting salary for this position is $122,700 - $188,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $255,694. Other compensation may include a 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
