Target Range:

$20.00/Hr. - $23.92/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

Job Description Summary
Axos Clearing is seeking a Tax & Cost Basis Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for introducing broker dealer inquiries and processing provided documentation, remit and reconcile daily Federal and State tax withholding liabilities, remit and reconcile unclaimed property for lost/abandoned account holders and maintain client tax lot reporting data in internal systems to ensure compliance with all IRS and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Review, amend and finalize new accounts documentation.

  • Analyze demographic information to ensure high level of quality.

  • Interface with a variety of systems and departments to resolve tasks.

  • Prepare and review of daily reports.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Ability to interact and communicate in a professional and friendly manner with business partners.

  • Maintain a high degree of regulatory compliance and escalate any potential risk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • 2+ years' experience preferred.

  • Financial industry experience or FINRA licenses preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

  • Detail oriented with exceptional quality and productivity.

  • Effectivetime management skillswith the ability to multitask.
