This is a high-impact role where your technical troubleshooting skills and system optimization efforts will directly enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.

Essential Functions

Qualifications We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst with a proven track record in operations, system troubleshooting, or warranty analysis. To be successful, you will typically possess:

  • Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience and/or training in operations, customer service systems, or warranty analysis; or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates your analytical and technical capabilities.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills (experience with OWS/ACES, file feed resolution, or automotive parts/service systems is a strong plus).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead specific projects and collaborate effectively with diverse internal departments and external partners.

We Offer An attractive and competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, bonus, 401(k) with company match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement assistance.
