Job Description
Mission:
The Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting operational processes by ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role analyzes data, investigates issues, collaborates across teams, maintains documentation, and identifies opportunities to improve processes. The Analyst is expected to learn new business areas quickly, take ownership of assigned work, and contribute to a high quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily operational activities while meeting established quality and productivity expectations.
  • Review, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resolve operational issues.
  • Maintain process documentation, trackers, and supporting records.
  • Participate in customer and internal meetings to provide status updates and discuss open items.
  • Perform quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, implementing new processes, and supporting system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency.
  • Build knowledge across multiple operational functions and provide cross team support as business needs evolve.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer support, finance, healthcare, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and industry concepts quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, sorting, and filtering. Pivot tables are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrates accountability, curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
