Primary Purpose

IT Business Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing and reporting on all aspects of company financial performance including revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, capital expenditures and performing financial due diligence on acquisition targets.


Essential Functions
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reporting packages for senior management, including performance dashboards and key operational KPIs.
  • Support operations leadership by analyzing business units, evaluating trends, and performing financial due diligence on initiatives or strategic opportunities.
  • Assist with oversight and execution of operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with developing budgets, forecasts, workforce plans, and operational variance reports required by management.
  • Provide monthly variance analysis for assigned regions, highlighting key drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities impacting operational performance.
  • Partner with Operations leaders and department managers to manage spending, identify problem areas, perform root-cause and gap analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist with operational performance analysis, including preparing materials for leadership reviews and ensuring financial/operational plans are aligned, structured, and supported by meaningful dashboards and metrics.
  • Conduct ad hoc operational and financial analyses as requested by senior management.

Salary Range
$69,900.00 - $97,900.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
