Job description

About The Role:
The CBRE Finance Summer Analyst Internship is a nine-week summer internship for undergraduate students seeking a career in corporate finance.
This is a corporate finance role, not a brokerage, capital markets, or real estate investment position. The program focuses on financial modeling, data analytics, business reporting, and forecasting at a global company that generates more than $40 billion in annual revenue.
The Finance Intelligence team is organized across three pillars: Reporting (the recurring deliverables that keep leadership informed), Insights (automation, data infrastructure, and analytics that drive decisions), and Strategy (high-priority, non-recurring analysis for executives). You will see work across all three pillars.
What you'll do:
  • Learn alongside a cross-functional team and see how corporate finance operates inside a global firm.
  • Present weekly projects covering CBRE's lines of business and subsidiaries.
  • Build skills in financial modeling, data analysis, and AI utilization.
  • Connect with executive leaders across the organization, covering areas in both finance and real estate.
  • Work closely with a dedicated mentor who gives you regular feedback and helps guide your growth throughout the summer.

Dates: June 7 - August 6, 2027
Location: Dallas, TX (in person, 5 days a week)
*We do not offer relocation assistance or local housing for this internship program.
