Job Description 

We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals of all experience levels to join our team as Project Administrator. The Project Administrator provides administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring documentation, reporting, and coordination processes are executed efficiently. This role plays a key part in maintaining organization, compliance, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a remote position, but may require approximately 90% or more travel to various client locations. 

Education 

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) and/or 1–3 years of administrative or project support experience

Key Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and organize project documentation, records, and filing systems
  • Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and coordination tasks
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, dashboards, and status updates
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and documentation requirements
  • Manage communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support onboarding of project team members and maintain resource records
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Strong organizational and documentation management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting projects in [industry—e.g., construction, engineering, IT, data centers]
  • Familiarity with project management or document control systems (e.g., SharePoint, Procore)
  • Basic understanding of project lifecycles and workflows

Prerequisites for Employment
