Administrative Assistant

How does this role impact the organization?

We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Administrative Assistant to support our growing Wealth Management practice.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys building relationships while providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

The team is open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates. For the right candidate who is unable to commit to a full-time schedule, a part-time arrangement may be considered. Part-time hours would be scheduled Monday through Friday during morning hours, with the exact schedule to be determined based on business needs and candidate availability.

What is the position responsible for?

  • Manage incoming calls and client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and client documentation.
  • Maintain client records and CRM information.
  • Assist with general office administration and paperwork.
  • Support client service initiatives and day-to-day requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations.

Education and Experience

  • 2 years of administrative or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Financial services experience is an asset but not required.

Salary Range: $45,000 - 50,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
