Henjes, Conner & Williams, PC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dakota Dunes, SD. This position will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering confidential client data securely and accurately
  • Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate parties
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing the calendar and scheduling appointments
  • Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
  • Work with partners to prepare client billings
  • Preparing and editing documents, correspondence, and reports
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Assist with picking up and dropping off daily mail
  • Providing support to other staff members as needed
Qualifications:
