What We Are Looking For

The Facilities Group National is looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support our client services. You will be responsible for completing a variety of administrative tasks to support our operational teams. To work well in this role, you should have some administrative experience and basic computer skills.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Overseepayroll processing.
  • Assistnew hires withtheapplicationprocess.
  • Assistwith onboarding employees on their first day of work.
  • Provide employee safety training.
  • Guideteam members and new hiresthrough any challenges in using ADP.
  • Send emailsand other forms of communication as needed.
  • Help with office documents as needed.
  • Provide employee safety training.
  • Assist Site Manager with any other duties as needed. 

Administrative Assistant Requirements:

  • Ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Work well when supervisors are not present.
  • Able to work independently or with a team.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and cleaning procedures(Preferred). 
  • Familiar with tools used in dailywarehousework and how they function(Preferred). 
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish (Highly Preferred).
  • Able to useMS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.) 
  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
