Job description

Location: Tulsa, OK

Reports to: External Operations Manager

Cooperates with: All Departments

Primary Responsibility: Provides operations and administrative support to MIRATECH's Tulsa (Corporate) facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative and production support for the Tulsa External Operations team.
  • Assist in the creation of production paperwork and project documentation.
  • Transacting and dispositioning of project related jobs.
  • Scanning and filing of completed production and project paperwork and pictures.
  • Other duties as
Qualifications:
  • High school
  • Detail orientated with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working as a production assistant is preferred.
  • Experience with the use of an ERP System is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
