We are looking for a detail-oriented onsite Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for an insurance organization in Honolulu, Hawaii. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping administrative processes organized, communicating effectively, and handling a variety of support tasks with accuracy. The role will involve coordinating schedules, preparing documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with benefit-related administrative work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to help maintain efficient office operations.

• Place and receive calls to collect needed information and provide timely follow-up on requests.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic files for easy access and accurate recordkeeping.

• Draft and distribute clear written communications, including letters, emails, and other correspondence.

• Support benefits-related administrative tasks by gathering information and assisting with documentation.

• Create routine and ad hoc reports by compiling data and presenting information clearly.

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments to support team scheduling needs.

• Enter, update, and review data in office systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support business priorities.

• At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience in an Administrative Assistant or closely related support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
• Experience with data entry and record maintenance with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound phone communication in a courteous and attentive manner.
