Job description

The Staff Accountant is responsible for support for Cost Accounting, Sales & Operations Planning, and Financial Reporting. Essential Responsibilities: Support processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement close processes. Support and Partner with Product Management, Business Leaders and Financial leaders to understand and explain financial variances vs.

Budget, Forecast and Prior Year. Development and maintain business processes, utilizing the appropriate ERP software modules to allow for data analysis that is accurate, scalable, and transparent. Technical Accounting & Data Analytics research for the Company.

Build relationships cross-functionally to foster collaboration both inside and outside of the Finance team. Support the Director of Finance, Senior Controller, and Controller as needed. Post journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations.

Support for General Accounting, Cost Accounting and Sales & Operations Planning. Maintain updated work instructions for all respective tasks Demonstrate the Mission, Values, and Beliefs of the CNH Reman organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 1-3 years' experience in accounting with increasing responsibilities, preferably in a manufacturing environment Cost accounting experience preferred Extensive knowledge of an experience with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills to develop and maintain relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and senior leadership Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Overtime as necessary for the financial business cycle Benefit Package Includes: Competitive Pay and Quarterly Bonus Program Low Premium Health, Dental, Vision and Disability Insurance Company-Paid Life Insurance Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Generous 401(k) Plan Excellent Tuition Reimbursement Safety Reimbursements Employee Assistance Program Please feel free to apply to as many positions as you are interested in.
