You will also earn, on average, 5 hours per week of overtime.

The gross pay range of $55,000 to $80,000 is the current actual range of total compensation for our Assistants to our Store Managers.

Who We Are and What We Do

At Batteries Plus, it's all about solving problems for members of our community. People come to us with the valued items that are giving them trouble, and we provide the batteries, light bulbs, phone and tablet repairs, as well as the expert advice & the services necessary to make their concerns go away. It only takes a short while to understand what makes Batteries Plus different from other retailers in the eyes of our customers. We will take the time to provide individual attention and ask the appropriate questions to help us provide the right solutions to the problems they bring us. We regularly hear "This is my favorite store".

As a Batteries Plus Manager in Training, you will be responsible for learning all the products, services, sales processes, and operational needs of the business. A "Yes, we can help you with that" and smile can go a long way, and we believe our sales associates have the power to be the best moment in each customer's day. We know you can earn a paycheck anywhere, but not everywhere can you reflect at the end of the day on all the Smiles & "Thank-You's" you earned from people whose day you made better.

You can be a management trainee if you:
