Borrow Curated is seeking an Operations Training Manager to lead training, development, safety, and operational organization across our back-of-house team. This role is designed for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving systems, developing people, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced creative environment.

This position works directly under the direction of Ann King, Founder + Creative Director, and in close partnership with Rachel Genco, Logistics + Product Manager.

Position Overview

The Operations Training Manager will oversee all back-of-house training and development initiatives while helping create operational consistency across the company. This person will own employee scheduling and training documentation, maintain safety training compliance, and continuously improve operational efficiencies.

The right candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing leadership with hands-on operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all back-of-house training and employee development
  • Create, implement, and improve training systems and processes
  • Maintain employee scheduling and operational documentation
  • Lead safety training, compliance tracking, and record keeping
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in training and development workflows
  • Assist in the planning and completion of Borrow Builds
  • Support operational consistency and accountability across the team
  • Help maintain a culture of professionalism, ownership, and continuous improvement

Compensation + Benefits

  • Salary: $52K - $65K annually
  • 40–45 hour work week
  • Eligible for overtime at 1.5x hourly equivalent pay for hours worked beyond 45 hours per week
  • Performance and compensation reviews conducted periodically
  • Compensation and job responsibilities may be adjusted at the discretion of Ann King, Owner + CEO of Borrow Curated, LLC
