What is the Opportunity?

This role supports the management of Operational Risks and Policy compliance in Global Functions Technology (GFT) Chief Operating Office (COO). This role will support the implementation and execution of the Operational Risk Policies and Standards.

What will you do?

  • Function as a 1B Reviewer, Risk and Compliance consultant within the GFT Operational Risk team supporting an assigned GFT segment as Pillar Lead
  • Support IT Risk Leads and Senior Managers within GFT on a variety of Risk Issues and Controls within their segment to remain compliant
  • Governance of ITRM Risk Findings and EIM Issues for IT and Business Managed Applications
  • Ensure quality and completion of Operational Risk Activities as it relates to Project Risk Assessments, IRP & IT Risk Assessment, Supplier Control Assessments
  • Use LLM's to generate plans, management reports and presentations
  • Build and integrate Agentic AI agents to make manual processes more efficient

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Operational Risk Management Experience 3-5 years
  • Cyber Security - knowledge of industry standards related to Operational Risk
  • Excellent interpersonal skills along with highly developed communication skills both verbal and written
  • Motivated, self-starter with a passion to work in a dynamic business environment
  • Able to manage time effectively and communicate capacity challenges/solutions while navigating multiple priorities across several assignments and prioritize effectively
  • Under Graduate Degree or diploma computer science/technology management

Nice-to-have

  • CRISC, CISA, CISSP Certified or willingness to pursue upon hire
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Confluence, and JIRA
  • Knowledge of GRC Tools such as Archer, ServiceNow
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Strong MS Office skills - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Creative and analytical thinker
