Work you'll do

As an SAP Treasury Manager on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading treasury transformation initiatives that help clients modernize finance operations, improve controls, and drive business value.

  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of SAP Treasury solutions, including Cash Management, Transaction Management, Hedge Management and Accounting, Liquidity Planning, Risk Analyzers, In-House Cash, SWIFT integration, and Bank Communication Management.
  • Advise clients on treasury transformation, treasury technology, and risk management priorities to improve operational efficiency and support business performance.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery for SAP Treasury and treasury management system implementations, including scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, testing, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, lead working sessions, and drive decisions across finance, treasury, and technology stakeholders.
  • Mentor practitioners and oversee teams delivering treasury transformation work, with accountability for quality, knowledge sharing, and team development.
  • Support practice growth through proposal development, sales pursuits, and the creation of tools, methods, and offerings for the market.

We collaborate with CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and treasurers to develop an efficient, high-quality, data-driven, and tech-enabled controllership and treasury function. This empowers our clients to deliver greater value to their business partners and investors.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate treasury, or bank treasury with treasury technology and treasury management systems, including SAP Treasury
  • 4+ years of SAP Treasury consulting experience across full life cycle implementations
  • Experience with SAP Treasury components, including Cash Management, Transaction Manager, In-House Cash, Risk Analyzers, Liquidity Planning, Hedge Management and Accounting, SWIFT integration, Bank Communication Management, and integration with financial accounting and other applications
  • Experience leading teams, managing deliverables, and mentoring junior professionals for technology implementation or treasury transformation projects
  • Ability to travel 40%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree or professional certification, including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
