Join our growing Customer Excellence & Transformation team that helps bring new products to market with a seamless service experience from day one. In this role, you will lead high-impact projects that improve operations, strengthen the customer experience, and help enable sales in a business contributing more than $350 million in revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to shape cross-functional initiatives, connect teams around shared priorities, and deliver measurable business value.
What You Will Do
  • Lead project charter development and project plans that define scope, timeline, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Own the end-to-end project schedule by building detailed task plans, identifying critical milestones, and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • Drive new product launch readiness initiatives that ensure service teams, processes, and tools are prepared to support customers at launch.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, align priorities, and translate business goals into clear deliverables and success measures.
  • Manage project budgets by working with functional leaders to estimate costs, monitor spend, and maintain delivery within approved budgets.
  • Build quality and risk management plans using structured project management tools, and monitor mitigation actions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate project resources by assigning work, clarifying roles and deliverables, and providing input to functional managers on team performance.
  • Incorporate end-user feedback and communicate changes, decisions, and progress updates to stakeholders to keep projects aligned with customer and business needs.
