This 10-week program provides foundational knowledge in project management, problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and strategic storytelling. If you are ready to drive business results while strengthening your communication skills, this program is for you.

The internship offers exposure to professional areas through two distinct career paths:

  • Strategic Delivery focuses on driving enterprise impact through operational excellence, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership. Interns could be placed in roles supporting associate experiences, chiefs of staff, program management, human resources, or other strategic areas across the organization.

  • Risk Advisory focuses on strengthening and safeguarding the organization through risk management, governance, and analytical problem-solving. Interns could be placed in roles supporting internal audit, risk management, control testing, fraud, or other strategic areas across the organization.

Interns must be adaptable, autonomous, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. Throughout the summer, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment where you will hear from executive speakers, tour lines of businesses outside of your role, and receive tailored professional training through a variety of program experiences. You will have the opportunity to support cross-functional initiatives, present to diverse audiences, and sharpen your communication and problem solving skills in a professional environment.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting in coordinating team schedules and tasks to ensure project milestones and deliverables stay on track

  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, ensuring team progress and dashboards are up-to-date and visible to all parties

  • Supporting change management activities and communications related to product launches, technology updates, or process improvements

  • Helping identify and document risks, assumptions, dependencies, and issues to support the team's ability to resolve obstacles

  • Identifying opportunities for efficiency and supporting the rollout of process changes across the team

  • Assisting with work related to operational, financial, compliance, or information technology audits to ensure organizational standards are met

  • Building collaborative relationships with partners across various lines of business to support broader project goals

  • Thriving in a dynamic environment, leaning into ambiguity to complete work that drives business results

An ideal candidate would possess:

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual skills to drive strategic problem-solving and data-driven decision making

  • Advanced communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders through storytelling

  • Demonstrated complex leadership and a team-oriented mindset, willing to go the extra mile to deliver team tasks

  • Agility and adaptability to quickly learn, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and thrive while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
