Job Title: Operational Performance Analyst
Locations: East Hartford, CT or Orange, CT
Salary Range: $87,600 - $109,500
Schedule: On Site - Office
Job Summary:
Responsible for facilitating Operational Performance regulatory compliance and business metrics for Gas Engineering and Operations, including creating and reporting performance across the business to engage a continuous processes improvement mind-set.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of gas regulatory and business metrics and is accountable for accuracy in assigned reporting.
  • Develop dashboards and visual reports that provide actionable insights and ensure alignment across multiple operating companies. These tools will support leadership in making data-driven decisions.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of gas regulatory and business metrics in all reporting processes, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, track key indicators, and recommend improvements in compliance, data management, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead proactive self-assessments and continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging historical data and predictive analytics to enhance performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Gas Engineering, Operations, and Networks leadership to review processes, share insights, and implement best practices that drive operational excellence.
  • Define and evaluate internal controls, documentation standards, and program effectiveness, ensuring risk mitigation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within gas business units to foster program development, improve metrics tracking, and enhance reporting capabilities across the organization.
