  • Support leaders in planning and executing change initiatives associated with new systems, processes, or organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with rollout coordination, communication planning, and timeline management to ensure adoption and sustainability.

Vendor & External Partner Coordination (as assigned)

  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables involving consultants, vendors, or external partners to ensure alignment with internal workstreams.
  • Track obligations, due dates, and deliverables to avoid delays or misalignment.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish predictable project governance rhythms (planning cycles, updates, reviews) that keep work moving without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Continuously refine project management practices, tools, and reporting based on organizational needs and leadership feedback.
