Overview

Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.

The Work

The Project Manager will assist the Program Manager with contract execution, delivery, and communication between Cayuse and the Client. This role assists in all technical, administrative, and managerial aspects of the project to ensure that contract requirements are met or exceeded, that risks are proactively managed, and that all deliverables are submitted on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform project management duties consistent with the Project Management labor category and required Project Management Certification.
  • Support project execution activities in a mission environment.
  • Support coordination of tasks, schedules, and deliverables across program stakeholders.
  • Responsible for providing a Gantt chart, milestones, and updated project status within 5 business days of the clientโ€™s request. No more than 2 late reports in a 12-month period.
  • Augment and support mission support functions in the areas of course management support, faculty development, planning, project management, administrative support, facility management, cyber range systems, communications and information technology systems, audio visual (AV) systems in unclassified and classified environments.
  • Provide curriculum, information systems, Training Mission Simulator (TMS), and facilities project management documentation, to include milestones, timelines, and funding requirements, for design, development, revision, and administration of 39 IOS training.
  • Identify requirements in the 39 IOS requirements management system.
  • Identify requirements in the 39 IOS requirements management system.
  • Provide project management to those requirements by undertaking a unique project service or result.
  • Provide facility management as directed by the client, including but not limited to facility maintenance, facility drawings, uninterruptible power supplies, generators, etc.
  • Provide warehouse management and perform as a shipping and receiving point of contact
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Project Manager Journeyman:
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree or approved equivalent experience.
    • Project Management Professional or Agile Cert desired.
    • Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
    • 3-5 yearsโ€™ project management experience and duties, preferably related to information operations, cyberspace operations, or information technology.
  • Project Manager Senior:
    • Bachelorโ€™s degree or approved equivalent experience.
    • Project Management Professional or Agile Cert desired.
    • Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
    • 6-10 yearsโ€™ project management experience and duties, preferably related to information operations, cyberspace operations, or information technology.
    • Proven Experience supervising direct reports. This skill level typically performs all functional duties independently and independently and may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Project Manager SME:
    • Masterโ€™s degree or Higher or approved equivalent experience.
    • Project Management Professional or Agile Cert desired.
    • Active Secret Security Clearance is required.
    • 12+ yearsโ€™ project management experience and duties, preferably related to information operations, cyberspace operations, or information technology.
    • Proven experience supervising direct and indirect reports. Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
