SUMMARY
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional operational initiatives that drive efficiency, accountability, and financial performance across the region. This role owns the execution of key operational processes, ensures alignment between departments, and manages projects that improve workflow, inventory accuracy, and service outcomes.
The position serves as a central point of coordination across operations, finance, logistics, and field leadership, ensuring projects are executed with clear ownership, defined timelines, and measurable results.
Job Responsibilities: Operations Project Manager
  • The Operations Project Manager leads operational initiatives from initial identification through implementation, ensuring projects are clearly scoped, properly assigned, and completed on time. This role partners across operations, warehousing, finance, and logistics to improve workflow execution, resolve issues, and drive measurable results.
  • Key responsibilities include overseeing AP and invoice-related workflows, supporting backlog reduction efforts, managing damage claims and recovery processes, improving inventory accuracy, and coordinating order flow, shipment follow-up, and warehouse transfer exceptions. The role also supports cycle counts, physical inventories, freight coordination, reconciliation of system reports, and cross-regional operational needs.
  • This position serves as a central point of coordination for operational communication, issue resolution, reporting, and accountability, while helping strengthen process consistency, visibility, and overall operational performance.
  • Assists with all other duties required by management

Requirements: Operations Project Manager
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Four (4) years of warehouse or related experience, two of which being specific to operations.
  • Requires knowledge of inventory management procedures and general warehousing terminology and practices. Skills in mathematics and spreadsheets are vital.
  • Familiarity with operations, warehouse and inventory management systems preferred.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and be detail orientated with good organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Respect for all People: Respects people of all backgrounds

Qualifications: Operations Project Manager

Qualifications: Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
  • Database management skills.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.
  • Must have above average excel skills, including; create spreadsheets, create pivot tables and charts, use and write formulas and functions, be fluent in: VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting, use sort, filter, and other data analysis functions.
  • Team Player.
  • Sense of urgency and capable of working under pressure.
  • Focus on work accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (Teambuilding) skills.
  • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe working environment.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Distribution and sales leadership experience required, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Master's degree is a plus
