Our client, a technology solutions provider company located in San Francisco, CA, needs a Technology Operations Project Manager for permanent employment. The Technology Operations Project Manager will work 4 days a week onsite in San Francisco, and focus on focuses on Cloud & AIOps, Monitoring & Observability, and Disaster Recovery programs, translating operational strategy into structured, well-governed execution.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of technical project management experience within enterprise IT environments.
  • 5+ years of experience focused on delivering projects around cloud operations, infrastructure, resilience, and observability.
  • Knowledge/exposure to AIOPS
  • 4+ years of experience working with ITIL focused management frameworks.
  • Previous experience working in managed service provider environments.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Desired Skills:
  • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.

3 years working with Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform platforms
