To accelerate this momentum, Entegris is currently seekingaSenior Specialist, Operations Program Management, to join ourSpecialty Chemicals Team.This position will be primarily based in Toronto, ON, with the potential to be based in our Ambler, PA facility.

The Program Manager, Operations will playan importantrolein advancing this high-growth business bysupporting the Technical Program Manager indriving execution discipline across strategic operational programs, capital and capability initiatives, internal readiness activities, and select customer-facing priorities. Reporting to theSupervisor,R&D Program Management,this role willprovide structuredprogramsupport, coordination, follow-up, andgovernancewhile also leading selected initiatives or workstreams where dedicated ownership isrequired. The position will help ensurebusiness-critical initiatives progress on schedule, within scope, with clearaccountability, and with measurable impact on revenue growth, customer commitments, operational reliability, and market expansion.

Success in this role requires strong program and project managementfundamentals, the ability toorganize andinfluence cross-functional teams, and the business acumen to connect operational execution with Specialty Chemicals' commercial priorities. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor,strongcommunicationskills, and a hands-onsupportmindset, while being comfortable stepping forwardtolead defined initiatives, drive accountability, andstrengthen execution maturity across a complex,fast-paced, and technically demanding business.

WhatYou'llDo

  • Support the Technical Program Manager in coordinating and executing a portfolio of operational programs and projects, helping define scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, and accountability from initiation through completion.

  • Lead selected initiatives, workstreams, or follow-up actions where dedicated ownership isrequired, ensuring progress ismaintainedand deliverables are completed on time.

  • Support complex, cross-functional programs under the guidance of the Technical Program Manager while independently leading smaller projects, workstreams, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Help drive structured stage-gate processes and cross-functional execution by tracking deliverables,identifyingrisks, escalating issues, and supportingtimelymitigation plans.

  • Maintain program governance tools, including project charters, risk registers, RAID logs, decision logs, and action trackers to improve transparency, accountability, and execution discipline.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Quality to ensure alignment, follow-through, and clear communication across key initiatives.

  • Support Business Opportunity Reviews (BOR) and program review cadences by preparing materials,consolidatingupdates, documenting decisions, and following up on key actions.

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) execution for internal launches, helping track technical maturity progression, commercialization milestones, readiness actions, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Track and report program KPIs, milestones, resource allocation, risk status, and benefit realization to provide the Technical Program Manager and leadership team with clear visibility for decision support.

  • Assistwith business cases, project prioritization, capital and resourceallocationinputs, and post-completionbenefittracking.

  • Support external customer partner sampling and coordination forselectexternally-facingprograms, ensuring alignment between internal execution and customer requirements.

  • Partner with Finance and functional stakeholders to track program cost performance, ROI, and benefit realization against AOP and forecast targets.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement in program management practices, tools, and processes across the organization, helping strengthen execution capability and maturity.

What We Seek

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Business, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in manufacturing, semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, or a technically complex B2B environment.

  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing scale-up, commercialization, or capital project execution is preferred.

  • Strong program management fundamentals, including project planning, milestone tracking, action management, risk identification, and cross-functional follow-up.

  • Ability to support and influence cross-functional teams while leading selected workstreams or initiatives with clear ownership when needed.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability toconsolidateinputs, track risks and KPIs, document decisions, and translate updates into clear business messages.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint; experiencewith Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred but notrequired.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with strong ownership and the ability tooperateeffectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
