Responsibilities
  • Support document control for operational SOPs and supporting documents
  • Intake, track, and help process site SOP redlines and updates
  • Assist with revising and standardizing SOPs while maintaining version control and audit compliance
  • Maintain document trackers, change logs, and approval workflows
  • Help identify documentation gaps and improvement opportunities using continuous improvement principles
  • Support development of clear, field-usable SOPs and supporting documents
  • Maintain trackers and dashboards (Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, etc.) for improvement initiatives
  • Validate improvement results by helping document before/after metrics and evidence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, quality, safety, finance, equipment, etc.)
  • Assist with change management support (communications, training materials, plans, SOPs)
  • Perform administrative support for the OpEx program (meeting notes, action logs, follow-ups)
  • Learn and apply OpEx tools in a real-world operational environment

Qualifications
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
  • Current enrollment in an associate's or bachelor's degree program related to Operations Management, Construction Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Business Analytics, Business Management
  • Have a GPA of 2.9 in relevant coursework

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward Wanzek's Zero Injury principles
