Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) - Eastern Time Preferred
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Strong Potential for Extension or Full-Time Conversion)

About the Opportunity

Our client, a global technology leader, is seeking an experienced Program Manager IV to join its Partner Programs Experience & Operations organization. This is a strategic opportunity to help transform a world-class partner ecosystem by designing and scaling the operational infrastructure behind a next-generation partner program.

In this role, you'll partner with executive stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Finance, Data Science, Legal, GTM Operations, and Partner Success to build innovative pricing models, partner tiering frameworks, incentive programs, and benefits experiences that drive ecosystem growth and long-term partner success.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building scalable operational programs, and influencing cross-functional strategy within a fast-paced SaaS environment.


What You'll Do

As the Program Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on modernizing partner operations and commercial programs, including:

Partner Tiering & Program Strategy
  • Lead the design and evolution of a scalable, points-based partner tiering framework.
  • Define partner qualification criteria, scoring methodologies, attribution logic, and governance models.
  • Ensure transparency, consistency, and auditability across tier calculations.
Benefits, Pricing & Incentives
  • Drive the rollout of a modern partner benefits marketplace.
  • Design operational processes for partner incentives, pricing, rebates, revenue-sharing, enablement benefits, and partner rewards.
  • Develop scalable rollout strategies, pilot programs, and phased product launches.
Program Operations & Systems
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to integrate partner program logic into enterprise systems.
  • Define data governance, reporting standards, dashboards, and operational workflows.
  • Ensure alignment across partner management platforms, reporting tools, and downstream systems.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, GTM Operations, Analytics, and Compliance teams to establish governance and operational excellence.
  • Represent operational priorities within executive program governance forums.
  • Establish KPIs that measure partner engagement, incentive adoption, and overall program success.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to automate high-impact operational workflows.
  • Develop scalable SOPs and operational documentation.
  • Support future-state initiatives involving AI-driven partner insights, intelligent scoring models, and personalized partner experiences.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Partner Programs, GTM Operations, Channel Strategy, Customer Incentives, or related business operations.
  • Experience designing and launching partner tiering, loyalty, pricing, or incentive programs.
  • Strong understanding of partner commercial models, including:
    • Reseller Programs
    • Referral Programs
    • Revenue Share Models
    • Channel Partnerships
  • Experience working within enterprise SaaS, technology, fintech, or platform organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise tools such as:
    • Salesforce
    • PRM (Partner Relationship Management) platforms
    • Gainsight
    • Airtable
    • Similar CRM/operations platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and Operations.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
