Program Overview

We provide an array of quality mental health services to individuals, couples, families, and adolescents. Our multidisciplinary staff provide quality treatment of anxiety disorders, grief and loss, mood disorders, PTSD, behavioral disorders, conduct problems in children and teens as well as stress management, and many other mental health issues. These services are provided in a positive, respectful and non-judgmental setting to people of all ages, lifestyles and backgrounds

Position Overview

  • Maintain a small caseload of clients
  • The Program Manger is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Provide support and assistance as needed to team.
  • Responsibilities include recruiting, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties.
  • Ability to be on-call 24/7 to provide support to staff and provides crisis intervention as needed.
  • Provides direction to Quality Mental Health Specialists based on the treatment model which includes weekly management of the group supervision process by direct case review, oversees the treatment planning process, case management and case progress. Attends consultation and follows up on recommendations.
  • Provides to counselor/specialists support to help manage counselor/specialists’ duties and responsibilities. Provides case coverage as needed.
  • Reviews and approves in a timely manner clinical and organizational documentation (i.e. mileage, timecards etc.) completed by their direct reports for the purpose of quality assurance and performance improvement.
  • Payroll and HR duties
  • Recommend, monitor and enforce administrative policies and procedures while maintaining quality and productivity.
  • Office management
  • Develop administrative operations budget information and monitor staff hours utilization and program expenditures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ø A degree in social work, counseling, marriage & family therapy, or clinical psychology preferred;

Ø Clinical licensure is preferred
One year of experience in a clinical counseling or case management setting is required

Ø Supervisory experience is strongly preferred

Ø Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and develop staff
