Description: 
Start:  Anticipated to be 9/22/25 (pending selection and onboarding), could be sooner if possible.
Ending:  Anticipated to end 12.31.25, but this depends on funding.  Could extend into 2026.
 
•       Review legal standards and in-house policies: Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and business operations.
•             To assist in access to public records responses.
•             Draft and negotiate legal documents: Including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
•             Identify potential legal issues and proposing preventative measures
 
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Included in onboarding/beyond:  Applicant must be a member of the Rhode Island Bar and must maintain membership as a condition of employment.
