As the primary strategic partner to the Efficiency Officer, the Manager, Operational Efficiency drives division-wide performance by providing expert process oversight and leading high-stakes integration projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Optimization & Workflow Simplification

  • Analyze and improve business processes to remove bottlenecks and enhance reliability

  • Optimize process management frameworks for EDU departments to ensure smooth operations

  • Regularly review and improve business processes to improve reliability

  • Design streamlined, automated workflows using AI to boost efficiency

  • Work with EDU departments to ensure end-to-end operational effectiveness

  • Spot execution risks, process gaps, and resource challenges; collaborate with leaders on solutions

Strategic Execution & Alignment

  • Partner with the Efficiency Officer to prioritize the implementation of high-value efforts throughout the delivery lifecycle

  • Oversee the strategic initiatives roadmap ensuring all projects align with long-term organizational goals

  • Lead senior-level integration projects from planning to completion

Information Centralization & Knowledge Management

  • Serve as the custodian of institutional knowledge by centralizing development and delivery information across the business

  • Ensure that all training materials, SOPs, and process documentation are aligned, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders

Cross-Functional Liaison & Integration

  • Align workflows and foster communication across EDU teams and initiatives

  • Drive operational excellence, communication, and alignment across teams

  • Ensure readiness for program development and delivery by guiding executive initiatives, pre-sales, and product launches

  • Oversee post-launch operations, including QA, delivery transitions, and ongoing improvements


QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 8+ years in operations, project management, or business transformation roles, with a proven track record in a managing capacity. Knowledge in business process improvement, operational governance, and change management.

  • Bachelor's degree specializing in business, project management, or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Master's degree preferred

  • Experience with web-based project management tools (Workfront, Monday) required

  • Excellent computer skills that include working remotely on shared networks and cloud-based systems, and a high degree of proficiency using G-Suite (Gmail, Google Drive) and Microsoft Office suite required

  • Experience with web-based data and document sharing sites and authoring tools (SharePoint Online, Salesforce, Tableau) a plus

Operational Excellence: Deep expertise in lifecycle management and process improvement (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma). Skilled at leading complex integration projects and managing multiple initiatives effectively.

Strategic Mindset: Sees the big picture and executes tactically. Skilled at identifying root causes of operational issues and implementing innovative solutions to boost performance.

Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading teams through complex changes. Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently; plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction, perform other tasks as required and/or assigned.

Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000

Bonus Eligible: This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
