FORSHAW is seeking a highly motivated and efficient individual to join our team as an Operations Manager for our Edison branch. In this role, you will be responsible for warehouse operations. Your goal will be to supply confidence by managing the warehouse team and creating efficiencies in ways that align with FORSHAW's Mission, Vision, and Values.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of managing others; critical thinking skills, and the ability to prioritize safety. You must have a high attention to detail and be a excellent leader to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures efficient warehouse operations through collaboration and coordination with other departments.
  • Completes all required management reports.
  • Executes maintenance activities when needed.
  • Researches, identifies, and presents new ideas to improve warehouse operations.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing.
  • Hires and trains new warehouse and customer service employees.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
