- Project Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals. Translate business needs into actionable plans and support the rollout of new workflows, offerings, and features. Build consensus, track progress, and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use data to guide decisions and measure the impact of operational initiatives. Collaborate with the team analyst to build dashboards and share insights that drive continuous improvement.
