We are working on a search for an Operational Risk & Controls Manager to join the complex investments platform of a leading global alternative investment firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning complex operational processes, strengthening control environments, and partnering across finance, legal, compliance, auditors, custodians, fund administrators, and other third-party providers.Its an ideal next step for someone with fund admin or Big 4 audit experience who wants to move beyond reporting and take on broader ownership within a top-tier investment environment.

The team is looking for someone experienced and polished, but still hands-on enough to manage audit cycles, support fund launches and wind-downs, oversee custody and vendor processes, and drive control remediation and process improvement initiatives from start to finish. Strong candidates will likely come from alternative asset management, fund administration, operational risk, internal controls, audit, or a similar financial services environment.
