Job description

Position: Operations Manager
Background & Experience:
We are seeking a well-rounded Operations leader with experience in mid- to large-sized manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have progressed through roles such as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or Operations Manager.
Additional experience in at least one of the following areas is highly valued:
  • Quality
  • Warehouse/Logistics
  • Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement

Key Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of cross-functional leadership experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Demonstrated success managing teams of 80+ employees
  • Experience leading multi-shift operations, preferably in facilities with 120+ employees

Industry Focus:
Candidates should have experience in heavy industrial or metal-based manufacturing, such as:
  • Bearings
  • Gears
  • Transmissions
  • Compact construction equipment
  • Automotive

Note: Backgrounds primarily in plastics, ceramics, or non-metal manufacturing are not preferred.
Compensation:
  • Target salary range: $125,000 - $130,000
