In this role, you will:
  • Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies 
  • Use advanced knowledge of computer software programs; particularly Microsoft Office Suite, database management systems and graphics programs 
  • Work collaboratively with various teams on initiatives related to PLTE and CAS systems, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. 
  • Use your understanding of supply chain and process mapping 
  • Use excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to present information, assist with focus groups and project planning, while communicating clearly to all levels of the organization 
  • Reporting on dispatch KPI's and working directly with dispatch to further implement dynamic dispatch.   
  • Participate in fieldwork to gather data and immerse yourself in projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of operational processes. 
  • Demonstrate an ability to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with challenges and delayed timelines 
  • Other responsibilities as required or as assigned 
Requirements:
  • Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Finance or Engineering 
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). 
  • Motivated self-starters with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously 
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment with a willingness to work outdoors and able to operate vehicles at our operations, in various weather conditions and terrain 
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels and partners
