What you’ll do at North American Composites as an Operations Manager:

Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across various departments. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in operational processes.

  • Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

What we are looking for as an Operations Manager:
