Job description

The Operations Manager ensures the flow of product in and out of the warehouse supports the business and operational needs in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures. The Operations Manager will assist the Assistant Store Director in the proper operation of all departments within the store. The Operations Manager is the 3rd person in command in the store and is required to act as role model of professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making at all times.


The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
