Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Duluth, GA facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience managing warehouse teams, and a proven ability to maintain efficient operations while meeting productivity, quality, and safety goals.

Location: Duluth, GA
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: Negotiable Based on Experience

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

  • Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates to ensure productivity and performance standards are met.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate cycle counts and audits.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.

  • Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3โ€“5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics.

Pay Details: $65.00 per year
