PROJECT MANAGER II - HUNTERSVILLE, NC - 3 years
ReNuke Services is seeking a Project Manager II for our client"s site in Huntersville, NC
Description:
Provide project management support for the Automatic Monitoring System (AMS) Online initiative, partnering with the technical lead to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of project objectives. Responsibilities include scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management while coordinating with Nuclear Engineering, Operations, IT, and site organizations.
Serve as the Nuclear project management lead supporting an IT-led Cyber Transformation program. The Project Manager II will provide coordination between Nuclear organizations and IT to implement cyber security process improvements, training, governance changes, regulatory compliance initiatives, and fleet-wide deployment activities. The initiative includes procedure revisions, workforce training, CDA assessment activities, and implementation of the vTraq platform.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience. Graduation from a four-year college or university. Proficient in project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications: Masters - business (MBA), project management, or equivalent. Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMP or CAPM Certification; CMII/Construction Certifications; Professional Engineer License. Working knowledge to proficiency in project related Scheduling/ Cost Controls. Experience in utility industry. Knowledge in construction management.
The Project Manager II may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Senior Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to executive management).
Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree and 5 plus years related work experience. In lieu of Bachelor's degree(s) AND 5 plus year(s) related work experience listed above, High School/GED AND 9 plus year(s) related work experience
