In this role, you will drive operational excellence by analyzing warehouse capacity and throughput data, collaborating with third-party logistics providers on operational design and performance, and supporting end-to-end logistics processes to ensure seamless manufacturing supply operations.

How you create impact
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics management to review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and operational designs
  • Collect, develop, and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency
  • Assess warehouse capacity, material flows, and processes to identify opportunities for optimization
  • Identify and implement process improvements across logistics and warehousing operations
  • Analyze operational and business processes to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and coordinate materials management processes
  • Develop a roadmap that integrates warehouse capacity, internal and external material movement, and supporting systems
  • Ensure third-party logistics partners operate in compliance with customer guidelines for safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics partners on the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
  • Partner with third-party logistics providers to ensure required training programs are maintained and kept current
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure proper documentation practices are followed at all times

What we would like you to bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and their application in warehouse operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Working knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and materials management systems used across inbound, production, and outbound processes
  • Ability to analyze operational data, identify process gaps, and translate findings into system or workflow improvements
  • Familiarity with documentation standards, data integrity requirements, and controlled document environments
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP EWM, or other enterprise-level WMS/ERP platforms
