StaysInn offers modern, centrally located apartments near public transit (โ€œTโ€), supported by a guest app and simple online booking. Tenants appreciate the all-in-one corporate housing experience that allows them to arrive and immediately settle in without additional setup. The company values convenience, comfort, and a seamless guest experience.

Role Description The Operations Associate is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities that ensure a smooth tenant experience and efficient internal processes. This role includes coordinating apartment readiness, monitoring reservations and occupancy, updating internal systems, and assisting with vendor and maintenance scheduling. The Operations Associate will respond to tenant inquiries, collaborate with customer support to resolve issues, and maintain accurate records of operational activities and service requests. The role also involves analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while communicating regularly with team members and stakeholders.

  • Work Days: Thursday to Tuesday.
  • Work hours: 11am to 4pm.
  • Pay rate: $18 to $20 an hour (Contract 1099K).
