Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing/construction organization known for quality, operational excellence, and strong project delivery. They are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support strategic financial decision-making.

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, the Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls while supporting project-based financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who understands manufacturing and/or construction accounting and thrives in an operationally focused setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle accounting and month-end close
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports
  • Manage cost accounting, inventory, and job costing
  • Monitor project margins and WIP reporting
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Lead and mentor accounting staff
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and project teams
Qualifications
