Position Summary We are seeking a Manager of Operational Accounting to serve as a strategic financial partner responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational performance across multiple business units. This leadership role partners closely with Operations and Executive Leadership to provide actionable financial insights, drive strategic decision-making, and improve financial performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting and financial planning expertise with exceptional leadership, analytical, and business partnering skills. Key Responsibilities Lead the monthly rolling forecast, budgeting, and financial projection process across multiple business units and regions. Develop and reconcile financial models and scenarios to support operational and strategic planning.
Partner with Operations and Finance leadership to align financial forecasts with business performance and organizational objectives. Facilitate recurring financial review meetings with operational leaders to evaluate projections, budgets, and financial results. Manage indirect cost methodologies and provide financial guidance for assigned business units.
