Job Description:
This program offers a valuable opportunity for hands-on experience in the automotive industry,
working alongside an experienced technician and gaining insight into various aspects of auto body repair. This will be a 30 day trial to qualify for the 18-month Technician Development Program.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in performing basic auto body repairs, including dent removal, sanding, and painting under the supervision of
  • experienced technicians.
  • Learn to use and maintain tools and equipment properly to ensure safety and efficiency in the workplace.
  • Participate in vehicle inspections to identify damages and develop repair plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete repair projects within specified timelines and quality standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Education and/or Experience Required
  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • Trade/Vocational school graduates preferred
  • Some on-the-job experience is preferred
  • I-CAR Gold Class preferred

Required Skills and Abilities
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time in the repair of a vehicle
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to use hands efficiently in handling vehicle parts.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry and a desire to learn and develop technical skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of auto body repair techniques and tools is preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace
