We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to support the accelerated growth of Mobius. This role is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, and product services. The Operations Manager will lead a growing team with a focus on improving operational efficiency, optimizing production planning, and building scalable processes to support growth. This role is accountable for establishing clear ownership across functions and ensuring performance expectations are defined and achieved. You will play a critical role in executing operational strategy and setting performance goals. As a key ambassador for the Mobius brand, you will partner with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to strengthen relationships, improve service delivery, and support continued expansion.
This role is based in Manchester, NH, with approximately 30% domestic travel.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Partner with leadership to develop short- and long-term organizational goals aligned with company values, mission, and business objectives.
    • Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, support growth, and scale production capabilities.
    • Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency across the organization.
    • Oversee production planning to ensure optimal resource utilization, scheduling efficiency, and alignment with business demand.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Establish clear accountability and ownership across teams, ensuring responsibilities and performance expectations are well defined and met.
    • Foster a company culture that promotes transparency, performance, and high morale.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain operations personnel to meet organizational goals.
    • Conduct annual performance evaluations, set individual goals, and monitor progress.
  • Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
    • Develop annual organizational budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders.
    • Monitor operational expenses to ensure alignment with financial targets.
  • Metrics and Performance Reporting:
    • Develop and manage KPIs to drive accountability and measure performance.
    • Report KPI results regularly to the leadership team.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and drive operational improvements.
  • Customer and Partner Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners.
    • Strengthen client relationships through coordinated engagement, complaint resolution, and emergency response.
    • Represent the organization at trade shows and industry events as needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with departments (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Sales) to ensure efficient and seamless business operations.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and maintain proper documentation.
    • Develop, implement, and review business and quality policies and procedures.
    • Establish and promote operational best practices across the organization.
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or relevant field required.
  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or relevant field a plus.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in management, operations, and leadership required.
  • Medical device experience and experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and exhibiting a strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred.
  • Valid and current driver's license
