  • Produce regular reporting and support analysis of key Talent metrics, including operational performance, compliance requirements, and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to evaluation of Talent and learning initiatives by contributing to measurement, outcome tracking, and interpretation of results.
  • Partner internally and externally to support stakeholders on Talent systems and processes, improving adoption and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of Talent experiences through structured feedback loops, survey data, and cross-functional project delivery.
  • Support execution of recruitment marketing activities through updates to candidate-facing content and system-based campaign support.
  • Create and maintain job aids, guides, and training materials to support Talent teams, hiring managers, and system users.

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Operations or a related field.
  • Experience working with HR technology platforms such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and/or HRIS systems.
  • Strong understanding of Talent processes and ability to support and improve workflows, systems, and operational effectiveness.
  • Experience with data reporting and analysis, including interpreting metrics and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and support process and system improvements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create clear documentation and support stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
