Salary: $100,000โ€“$120,000 + Performance Incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Division Manager to lead and grow a high-performing landscape maintenance operation. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing year-round operations, including landscape maintenance, irrigation, turf care, garden services, and snow/ice management.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can develop teams, improve operational efficiency, drive financial performance, and maintain exceptional service standards while helping scale the division for future growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop operations managers and field teams
  • Conduct performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, and accountability discussion
  • Build a strong team culture focused on quality, professionalism, and results
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the organization
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily maintenance and snow operations
  • Manage labor planning, scheduling, routing, and resource allocation
  • Establish and maintain production standards and operating procedudure
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
  • Review and approve divisional payroll and operational purchasing
  • Manage divisional budgets and profitability
  • Monitor key performance indicators, labor costs, and productivity metrics
  • Drive client retention and operational efficiency
  • Partner with leadership on annual planning and growth initiatives
Quality Control
  • Regularly inspect properties and job sites
  • Maintain high service standards across all accounts
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of landscape maintenance experience
  • 3+ years in a management or leadership role
  • Experience managing multiple crews, teams, or departments
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, labor management, and operational metrics
  • Experience with landscape management software such as Aspire, LMN, or similar platforms preferred
  • Background in high-end residential, HOA, or commercial maintenance environments preferred
