We have an immediate opening for a Project Manager located at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility in Division 8 Glass and Glazing.
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and within budget.
We regard a Construction Management degree highly, but it is not a requirement. An ability and eagerness to interface directly with clients and help us to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace are critical.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Plan construction operations to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

Skills
  • Project Management experience in Aluminum Storefront systems
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
