As an intern, you willassistwithdaytodayoperational activities, helpmaintaininternal systems, and support initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for students orearlycareerprofessionals interested in business operations, HR operations, analytics, or internal programs.

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Recognition

  • Assistin planning and supporting employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Helpmaintaintrackers, documentation, and workflows that support ongoing engagement activities.
  • Supportlogisticsfor awards, recognition, and internal programs.

Career Journey & Employee Lifecycle Support

  • Assistwith onboarding coordination for new hires within the S2 organization.
  • Support internal promotions, transfers, and hiring documentation.
  • Help prepare offboarding documentation and ensure required steps are completed.

Internal Communications

  • Support the creation and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Assistwithmaintainingintranet or internal webpage content.
  • Coordinate withcrossfunctionalteams to ensure communications areaccurateandtimely.

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Helpmaintainoperational systems such as employee schedules, the PERKs program, and internal trackers.

Skills and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing or recentlycompleteda degree inBusiness Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Communications, Analytics, ora related field.
