Job description

Position Title: Corporate Operations Intern

Location: Markham, ON

Duration: Internship 6-12 months, full-time

Eligibility: Open to current university students only; all majors welcome

 

Description Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Intern to support our internal operations, compliance processes, and corporate administration functions. This role provides hands-on experience in contract management, internal controls, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic business environment.

 

Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

Contract Management & Compliance:

  • Assist in tracking contract lifecycle milestones and maintaining centralized contract databases
  • Conduct routine sanctions screening and third-party due diligence
  • Help maintain and update internal compliance policies and documentation (e.g., Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Privacy)
  • Coordinate employee compliance training sessions and certification tracking
  • Prepare compliance-related checklists, reports, and audit logs for internal review


Corporate Administration:

  • Organize and maintain accurate corporate records, including contracts, organizational charts, and internal approvals
  • Draft, format, and manage onboarding documentation for customers, agents, and vendors
  • Support internal document execution processes and ensure version control and archiving accuracy
  • Coordinate document collection and interdepartmental communication for regulatory or operational purposes

 

Project and Operations Support:

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and documentation accuracy
  • Assist in internal audits or control self-assessments by organizing supporting evidence and documentation
  • Help prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for internal compliance and operations meetings


Qualifications:
